Obtaining an Agricultural Source Permit to Operate - General Information

If your facility's emissions exceed the local AQMD threshold it is subject to AQMD permitting requirements. For an official determination, we strongly suggest that you download the Applicability Questionnaire (PDF 17 Kb) and submit it to Mark Loutzenhiser at the AQMD.
