Reuse of a commercial recreational site for 46 single-family homes on 7.09 acres arranged in clusters consisting of two to five homes that access a common driveway.
  • General Plan Amendment to change Medium Density Residential to Low Density Residential
  • Rezone from Commercial Recreation and RD-5 to Special Planning Area zone;
  • Tentative Subdivision Map to subdivide 7.09 acres into 46 lots for single-family homes  plus one lot for common areas
  • Development Plan Review Permit to allow construction of all 46 homes
  • Tree Permit to allow removal of Native Oak Trees

Sunrise Mall Expansion 3 year Master Plan for the expansion of Sunrise Mall. Zone change from light commercial to shopping center. Demolition of 67,418 square feet of existing building space. Construction of 156,000 square feet. Net increase of 88,582 feet. Proposed 60,000 square foot theater and conversion of several existing uses.
