Southeast Area Specific Plan and Rezone

The Southeast Area Specific Plan (SASP) proposes the development of approximately 1,194 acres encompassing the City of Elk Grove’s Southeast Policy Area. The SASP provides for the creation of a mixed-use community with a variety of residential neighborhoods, office and commercial uses, parks, open space, educational facilities, and public/quasi-public uses.
