The AQMD's currently posted comment letters are shown in the table below.  Our goal is to post all letters on current projects in the near term.

The final EIR was certified and the project was approved by the City of Rancho Cordova on January 22, 2007.

Heritage Falls

The project consists of 1164 residential units on 268 acres.

The City approved the tentative subdivision map.

Rancho Cordova Sphere of Influence Annexation (SOI) and Pre-Zoning

The SOI area has 748 acres bounded by Sunrise Boulevard to the west, Highway 50 to the North, Hazel Avenue to the east, and portions of Sanders Drive, Gold Valley Drive, and White Rock road to the south and east. A portion of the projects the eastern border run parallel to the Folsom South Canal.

In the Rancho Cordova General Plan the land within the SOI was designated the Folsom Boulevard Planning Area and the Sunrise Boulevard Planning Area.
