Notice of Public Hearing

SUBJECT: Notice of Public Hearing to Consider Adoption of Proposed New Rule 310, PERMIT FEES – AGRICULTURAL SOURCE. 

The District Board will consider the adoption of the proposed new Rule 310, PERMIT FEES – AGRICULTURAL SOURCE.  This is a proposed new rule that establishes fees to recover the costs of the programs associated with permitting and inspecting agricultural sources subject to the requirements of Rule 215 – AGRICULTURAL PERMIT REQUIREMENTS AND NEW AGRICULTURAL PERMIT REVIEW and/or Rule 496 – LARGE CONFINED ANIMAL FACILITIES. The rule will set a schedule of fees similar to those currently required of stationary sources.

By this notice, all interested parties are specifically requested to provide comments on the proposed new Rule 310.
