Notice is hereby given that Thursday, May 25, 2006 at 9:30 a.m. has been set as the date and time to hold a public hearing to consider the proposed District budget for fiscal year 2006/2007. District staff will recommend as part of the proposed budget that the Board adopt a Consumer Price Index increase of 3.9% to fees established under District Rule 301 and California Health & Safety Code Sections 42311 and 41512.7, Permit Fees. The hearing will be conducted at the Board Chambers, 700 H Street, Sacramento. The summary of the District’s budget and the schedule of fees will be available upon your request.
