Notice is hereby given that Thursday, May 22, 2008 at 9:30 a.m. has been set as the date and time to hold a public hearing to consider the proposed District budget for fiscal year 2008/2009. District staff will recommend as part of the proposed budget that the Board adopt a Consumer Price Index increase of 3.4% to fees established under District Rules 301 and 310, Stationary and Agricultural Permit Fees and under Rule 304, Plan Fees, and California Health & Safety Code Sections 42311 and 41512.7. The hearing will be conducted at the Board Chambers, 700 H Street, Sacramento. The summary of the District’s budget and the schedule of fees will be available upon your request.
