Disclaimer

Your card has a total credit available of $1200 for a 12-month period. It is limited to $100 available per month for you to use for certain transport services (Lyft, taxi service, Uber, RT passes, Amtrak). The billing cycle ends on the 22nd of each month and begins on the 23rd of each month. Your card is designed as "use it or lose it", meaning whatever portion of your monthly allowance of $100 is unused at the end of each billing cycle is put back into the program and no longer available for your use. Therefore:

THESE FUNDS DO NOT ROLL OVER TO NEXT MONTH.

To know what your available credit is for the month, please call the number on the back of your card and subtract the balance from $100. For instance, if your balance is $25, you still have $75 available credit to use. If you need further assistance, please contact us at:Info@OurCarShare.org or (916) 346-6508. Please contact us before attempting to contact US Bank since few US Bank employees are familiar with this exciting incentive program.
