Join OCCS

Using the Cars​​​

  • Our Community CarShare Sacramento (OCCS) membership is free.
  • OCCS is a cost-sharing transportation program partnered with Zipcar located in communities throughout Sacramento.
  • Residents can reserve clean zero-emission vehicles to run errands, get to appointments, and take local trips. They can be reserved for up to 8 hours a day in a 24 hour period and for a total of 24 hours a week. They must be returned to their designated spot.
  • At least two Zero-Emission Vehicles are available to residents at each carshare community.
  • OCCS members can access any of these sites:
    • Eskaton: Jefferson Manor
    • Del Paso Heights Mobility Hub
    • Sac Valley Station
    • City of Sacramento, Mangan Park
  • Members who live at a housing facility can access these in addition:
    • Sacramento Housing and Redevelopment Agency (SHRA)
      • Edge Water
      • Alder Grove
      • River View
    • Mutual Housing
      • ​Lemon Hill
      • Sky Park
      • Greenway​
