Sac Metro Air District Seeks Replacement Community Member for Air Quality Steering Committee 

The South Sacramento – Florin community was chosen as one of the 10 statewide communities to receive additional air monitoring and community engagement efforts under the AB 617 Community Air Protection Program. The District is seeking  to fill an opening for a community member on the Air Quality Steering Committee.

The District needs your neighborhood knowledge to work with the Sac Metro Air District to help implment the Community Air Monitoring Plan, suggest potenital control strategies, and provide ideas to help improve air quality in the South Sacramento – Florin community.
