Annual Reporting

2023 Annual Reports are due January 31, 2024!

Permitted stationary sources must report emission information to Sac Metro Air District (District) to comply with local, state, and federal requirements. To comply with these mandates, the District requires all permitted stationary sources to submit an Annual Report by January 31st of every calendar year. 

Exception: See Emission Inventory Program below.

​Directions for Annual Reporting

  1. Complete the Annual Report form that best aligns with your stationary source permit. One form needs to be completed for each permit. You may also submit copies of your recordkeeping forms.
  2. Submit the completed Annual Report form to the District by January 31st (of each calendar year)

Emission Inventory Program

If your facility is part of the Emission Inventory Program, please email your completed report EmissionInventory@airquality.org
Due to additional reporting requirements, Annual Reports for Emission Inventory Facilities are due March 15th, 2024.
