The Sac Metro Air District’s new Online Services Portal makes doing business with us more efficient and streamlined. Click the button below to register and create a user account in our Online Services system. Once you create your account, you will be able to pay a bill, submit applications and reports, and more!

Current Air Quality Customers

*IMPORTANT* If you are a current customer, you will need an account number and organization ID prior to registering in the Online Services Portal. An organization ID and an account number were sent to permit holders and asbestos contractors via mail or email on or around September 4, 2024. If you did not receive these, please contact the District at (279) 207-1122 for help with your registration. Once you have your organization ID and account number, please complete the registration steps.

If you or your organization have not yet interacted with the District, you will receive a new unique Account Number during the registration process.

 Need to pay an invoice?

Pay all your air quality invoices in our Online Services Portal. You can pay by eCheck, credit/debit card, or other payment services. There are no fees when using the eCheck option!

 Want to go paperless?

​We encourage our customers to go paperless! If you already have an air quality permit, you can do this in our Online Services Portal once you register your organization. Residents and individuals that do not have an air quality permit and are not associated with a permitted business can call our main line at (279) 207-1122 if you’d like to go paperless.

Click on “register” and follow the prompts. Note that payments must be received with the application or it will be returned.</span></p>

Please contact our Asbestos Program staff at 279-207-1122 (option 6) for alternatives to submitting an application through the Online Services Portal.</p>

How do I see my invoices, notices, or receipts?<p>​When you register and log in, you can view and print your invoices, notices, and receipts by clicking on “Bills & Payments” in the navigation bar. How do I reset this?<p>​To reset your password, click on “Forgot Password?” at the bottom of the login page for the Online Services Portal (link) and enter your email when prompted. You’ll see a message stating your password has been reset, and an email with a temporary password will be sent to you.  Follow the instructions in the email to finish resetting your password.<br><br>Note: If you do not receive the password reset email within 15 minutes, please check your Junk or Spam folder. The email will be sent from Sac Metro Air District Online Services (noreply@woodardcurran.io) and will have the subject line “Sac Metro Air District Password Reset”.</p>
