Where can I use the gas card in the plug-in hybrid vehicle (Chrysler Pacifica PHEV)?
Any gas station that accepts credit is where you will want to take the PHEV for gas fill up. Do not go somewhere that only accepts cash or debit (ie. AMPM or Arco).
The car isn't charging when I plug it in.
Ensure the vehicle is properly plugged in. If you are using a charging station that requires payment, please use the provided EV Go or Chargepoint card to pay for charging. If you have completed these steps, and the charge is Out of Service, please report the issue to Zipcar through the app or by phone.
If you live at a community site, contact your site manager and let them know there is an issue with the charging station and report the issue to Zipcar through the app or by phone.
How do I charge the car while I am out using the car?
There will be a charge card (EV Go or ChargePoint) in the vehicle that you will use if you need to charge the car while on your trip or at select home locations. This charge card can be used at any location where there is an EV charging station.
What is the range of the vehicle?
“Range” is how many miles your EV can travel based on its battery life. The terms Range and Charge are used interchangeably.
Chevy Bolt EV has a 230-mile range. Chrysler Pacifica PHEV has a 30-mile range using the battery, and has a 530-mile range using gas.
