How do I end my trip?
Return the vehicle to its home location (where you picked it up from), parked in the correct Zipcar assigned space. Plug in the vehicle using the charging station (you may need to use the ChargePoint of EV Go card located in the driver’s side visor to unlock the charging handle). Using your Zipcar app, go to the Drive tab, select “End Trip” and follow the prompts to lock the vehicle and take photos.
Zipcar is asking me to submit photos at the end of each reservation.
Taking photos is an important part of the membership agreement. Take photos of the interior and exterior of the vehicles at the start and end of each trip. Timely photos and reporting keep the program running smoothly, protects members, and ensures the vehicles are kept in good condition.
