I’m having trouble signing up, where can I get help?
OCCS staff are available to assist you in enrolling in the program. Contact us by email at info@ourcashare.org or by phone at 916-346-6508. Staff can schedule a meeting via Zoom, by phone, or in-person.
How do I search for my address using the OCCS site map?
Click the link to view the map. Then, click the magnifying glass on the top left of the map and enter your address. Click the address option beneath "From Google", and the map will expand to show your address and the available sites. Move around the map to view which site is closest to your address.
What is a Community Representative and how can I become one?
A Community Representative (CCR) is a fellow car share member who offers their time to drive others. OCCS has a list of Community Representatives with contact info. Those interested in becoming a CCR must join as an OCCS member, complete an onboarding period, and record their volunteer driving hours to receive a monthly incentive.
